Borrowing a dress should feel easy. Here is everything you need to know — from choosing your piece to returning it after your moment.
Choose Your Dress
Browse our curated collection and find the piece that feels like you. Every dress is available on either a 4-day or 8-day extended hire.
Select Your Dates
We recommend selecting a delivery date 1 to 2 days before your event to ensure your dress arrives in plenty of time.
Once your booking is confirmed, your dates are blocked in our calendar — so no one else can borrow your dress during your hire period.

Every hire includes:
- Express Post delivery to your door
- Prepaid express return satchel and label — included with every order
- Professional dry cleaning after every return
- One simple, all-inclusive price. No hidden extras.
Return Your Dress
No need to clean — we take care of everything. Simply place your dress back into the provided packaging, attach the prepaid express return label included with your order, and lodge it over the counter at your nearest Australia Post before 12:00pm (midday) on your scheduled return date.
Please note:
- Returns must be lodged over the counter at Australia Post — not in street posting boxes, parcel lockers or unattended drop points
- You must obtain a lodgement receipt and keep it until your bond has been refunded
- If your return date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, your deadline moves to the next available business day before 12:00pm

Every hire includes express post delivery, your prepaid express return satchel and label, and professional cleaning. What you see is what you pay — no surprises at checkout.
For customers in remote or regional areas, we recommend the 8-day hire to allow for additional transit time. See our Shipping & Delivery page for a full breakdown by location.
A fully refundable security bond is held at booking and returned once your dress is back with us and inspected. The vast majority of customers receive their bond back in full.
Released within 5 business days of receiving your garment, and no later than 14 business days. Keep your Australia Post receipt until your bond is returned.
Not sure about the fit? Borrow before you commit. Our Try-On Service lets you take a dress home for 24 hours before placing a hire booking.
- First garment: $65
- Second garment: $45
- $20 credit toward your hire if you book within 5 days of your try-on
A refundable bond applies. Try-on fees are non-refundable and do not reserve the garment. Full conditions in our Terms & Conditions.
We understand that plans can change — but timely returns are important to us and to the next customer waiting for their moment.
Late fees apply from the moment your return deadline passes:
- Standard & Premium: $50 per day, per garment
- The Vault: $100 per day, per garment
Late fees may be deducted from your security bond. We appreciate your care and consideration in returning your dress on time.
